Lake Como is under an hour from Milan, but its pearls do not all have a station: no railway reaches Bellagio, and for many villas the last mile is the least comfortable part of the trip. We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup to the actual landing, with no extra cost for the delay. Just enter your flight number when booking: the driver will be there when you come out, whether you arrive early or late.
For airport or station transfers, the driver waits for you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. Before the trip you receive their direct contact, so you can agree on the meeting point. For other addresses the driver arrives at the indicated place at the agreed time.
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time. Within 48 hours no refund is due, as the vehicle and driver are by then reserved for you. To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp quoting your booking reference.
For transfers departing between 22:00 and 06:00 a 10% surcharge applies to the fare, covering the driver's availability during night hours. The amount is already calculated and shown when you book, so there are no surprises: what you see is what you pay.
