It depends on the vehicle: E-Class or similar sedans take up to 3 large cases plus carry-ons, the S-Class or similar 2 large cases, the V-Class or similar up to 6 cases with carry-ons. If you have extra luggage, ski equipment, golf bags or strollers, mention it when booking so we suggest the right vehicle.
We do our best to accommodate last minute requests too, subject to vehicle availability. For a departure within a few days a small surcharge may apply. The quickest way is to call or message us on WhatsApp: we will check immediately and confirm the car.
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time. Within 48 hours no refund is due, as the vehicle and driver are by then reserved for you. To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp quoting your booking reference.
